Venue Funding
A 3% fee MUST be added for the use of PayPal. Alternatively, Zelle or Certified Funds can be used.
This payment is to cover the rental usage of the LVH property listed for the specified time within your agreement. Payment is user consent to all provisions outlined in user agreement. This payment includes setup and breakdown time. User must exit the building by the listed time. Any time carried over will be assessed a $250 fee plus any funds incurred by property as a result of infringement of the time of incoming clients. Breakdown is to have the facility returned to the way it was provided, cleaned and without damage. No fixtures are allowed to be attached to any walls, windows or other structures within or outside of the building. The venue is only responsible for the set number of tables and chairs as identified in the initial agreement. A representative will be on the property for venue service only without any service to the specific event. User is responsible for event setup outside of tables and chairs. No double parking, loitering, smoking or alcohol consumption is permitted in or on the premises. Any audio or sound must be kept at a respectable level in respect to the connecting businesses. LVH nor any affiliates including the property are responsible for loss or injury due to actions of user, guest nor attendees.
